Walk-in Clinic: Monday – Friday 7:30 A.M. until 8:30 A.M.
Walk-in Sick Clinic: Saturday 8:30 A.M. until 12 noon
We give our patients reminder calls one to two days prior to an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office and cancel as far in advance as possible so that we can see another patient.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as, personal checks and cash.

If an insurance plan requires a co-payment, it will be collected at the time the patient signs in as present for the appointment. If your health care plan is not listed here, please call our office and speak with our billing department.

TELEPHONE POLICY Emergency Calls
Call 911 for any life threatening emergencies that your child may have. If your emergency is not life threatening, press 0 and a receptionist will connect you with a nurse.

The State of MS Poison Control Center telephone number is 1.800.222.1222.
Our nurses are available to answer questions you may have about your child. You are asked to leave a detailed message in the nurse’s voice mail. The nurse will return your call as soon as possible. The wait time will vary depending on the volume of patients seen in the clinic and the volume of phone calls.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
If your child needs a prescription refilled, please leave a detailed message for the nurse. Include the name and dosage of the medication to be refilled and the pharmacy which you use. If the nurse has any questions, you will be called as soon as possible.
